We hope you love your self-portrait purchase; however, if you are not perfectly satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log in to our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive your return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside the shipping box, ensuring the self-portrait security tag remains attached to each garment.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid returns label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, making sure to remove or cover any original delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Take your package to your nearest authorized courier drop-off point or schedule a complimentary collection through the link provided in your return confirmation email.
